Project Update
(June 2011)
We are pleased to inform you that as of June 2011,The Bellagio Tower III overall project accomplishment is 90.10% complete. Civil works are substantially complete, remaining work load includes corrective topping and surface preparation of engineered flooring at bedrooms. Continuous activity of tile laying, interior plastering, ceiling works, painting works, waterproofing works and installation of: door hardware’s, drywall partitions, wires, water lines and sanitary fixtures, droppings & sprinkler heads, lavatory and kitchen counter tops. Testing of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems are also ongoing.
The project is on progress with accordance to its schedule.
We are pleased to inform you that as of June 2011, Forbeswood Parklane Towers I and II overall project accomplishment is 99.44% complete. Turnover of 5th floor amenities to Admin are ongoing for Tower 1. Final application of painting materials at common areas is also ongoing. Current activities for all towers includes punch listing of works for architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing/sanitary, fire protection, aluminum window frames, interior painting, intercom, kitchen cabinets, bedroom closets and laminated flooring.

We are pleased to inform you that as of June 2011, The Stamford Executive Residences Towers I, II and III overall accomplishment is 76.40% complete. All Towers are topped-off already at roof deck. For Tower 1, ongoing works includes termination of booster pumps, testing of jockey pump, loading of waterline for pump lines and installation of: flexible hose for range hood, meter sockets, bus duct riser, and feeder finished. For Tower 2, installation of duct, risers and meter centers are also ongoing. For Tower 3, current work includes installation of risers for electrical lines and pressurization of ducts.

We are pleased to inform you that as of June 2011, the overall project accomplishment for Tuscany Private Estate is 51.40% complete. Concreting works for 1 & 2 are substantially complete. Interior rectification, painting works, waterproofing, concreting of swimming pool & retaining wall, smoke testing and installation of: fixtures, fire water line and hallway tiles are ongoing for phase I (Cluster 1, 2 and 7). For phase II (Cluster 3 and 4), exterior rectification, interior painting works, installation of mechanical, electrical and fire protection lines are on progress. For phase III (Cluster 5 and 6) concreting works is already at roof beam and 5/F for Bldg. 5 & 6 respectively.

We are pleased to inform you that as of June 2011,Morgan Executive Residences Towers 1, 2 and 3 overall accomplishment is 28.00% complete. Concreting works are already complete for Tower 1, while Tower 2 and 3 are still ongoing. For Tower 1, shotcrete works and perimeter wall is almost complete, other ongoing work includes installation of: precast cladding, tiles, service door, stair railing and MEPF lines for risers and branches. Pipe sleeving and roughing-ins are also on progress for Tower 2 and 3. Other trade work includes formworks preparation for slab & beam at 7th floor, concreting of slab and rebar works for vertical structures for Tower 3.

We are pleased to inform you that as of June 2011, 8 Forbestown Road overall project accomplishment is 5.63% complete. Concreting at mat foundation is already complete while excavation for isolated column footings, reinforced concrete footings, concreting at columns, shear walls and pressure slabs at domestic tank for basement 1, 2 & 3 are partially done. Current work includes vertical trimmings on areas with undercut, mobilization of materials, formworks & rebar works at basement 1 and fabrication of rebars at off site lay down.

We are pleased to inform you that as of June 2011, The Venice overall project accomplishment is 1% complete. Pipe sleeving works, roughing-ins, preparation and slab concreting and installation of cistern and sewage tank are ongoing for Tower A and B.
